Futurologists forecast that in the future the mankind, irrespective of gender, age and nationality can become bald-headed. Such a perspective seems rather remote and improbable. Meanwhile the reality is alarming: baldness (the medical term is alopecia) has already affected every third inhabitant of the Earth. "The army" of those who are bald or growing bald is increasing every year. It means that many of us have a risk once to find ourselves with a bald spot on the head or without the eyebrows. Alopecia is a multifactorial disease, which is very difficult to cure in spite of the presence of a lot of ways to struggle it. Experts connect such weak effectiveness with insufficient studies of all its reasons and mechanisms of development as well as with the appearance of clinical stability to the commonly accepted methods of treatment. However, the aesthetic medicine is not going to capitulate to the "expansion" of baldness.
