What is "lazy gymnastics"?
However, not everyone can spend hours in the gym. Some people have contraindications, some simply do not enjoy active sports or do not have time for it. That's when "lazy gymnastics" with the Z Tone device can come to the rescue.
Gymnastics with Z Tone is exactly the case when you can lie down and tone your muscles in a relaxed state.
The therapy is recommended for those who, for various reasons, are contraindicated for physical exertion. It is also an additional procedure to fitness and body sculpting, allowing you to achieve beautiful muscles in a short period of time.
The Z Tone procedure is suitable for both men and women who are interested in developing their torso, sculpting their abdominal muscles, strengthening their biceps, triceps, gluteal, and thigh muscles (both anterior and posterior). It is an excellent additional opportunity to tone the body, for example, after an abdominoplasty. Abdominoplasty surgery addresses medical issues by helping to remove abdominal hernias, umbilical hernias, linea alba hernias, and resolves problems with excess skin after significant weight loss or childbirth. During abdominoplasty, the reconstruction of the middle abdominal wall takes place, repairing structures that have been separated due to pregnancy or excess weight. However, muscle flabbiness remains. Z-tone easily helps to solve this problem.
How does it work?
The device passively stimulates muscle fibers. During the 20-minute procedure, a special electromagnetic impulse causes muscle contractions. Z-tone is essentially a passive workout. Electromagnetic fields can penetrate cells, tissues, organs, and bones without deforming them or causing harm to health. They activate the electrochemistry of tissues, improve cell function, and enhance cell membranes. The magnetic field stimulates nerve cells, muscles, and blood vessels.
Therefore, during the procedures, not only muscles are stimulated but also, thanks to improved circulation and lymphatic flow, volumes are reduced, resulting in a firmer and leaner body.
How often should you train?
Our clinic has developed programs for both women and men. To achieve visible results, women should have sessions twice a week, while men are recommended to have three sessions per week. Multiple problematic areas can be "trained" simultaneously. Like regular workouts, the Z-tone procedure is best when repeated from time to time. The frequency will be advised by a specialist.
Z Tone should not be combined with traditional sports workouts on the same day. However, it can be used in combination with massage aimed at lymphatic drainage, detoxification, or improvement of appearance of the skin.
Is it painful or unpleasant?
Training with Z Tone is painless. Some individuals may experience mild tingling. The duration of the procedure varies depending on the targeted area and typically lasts 15-20 minutes. Lactic acid is not produced during the training, so the body does not experience post-workout soreness.
It is important to note that Z Tone is not an alternative to surgery or other methods of weight loss and skin improvement. It is one of the ways to fight with age-related changes and dissatisfaction with one's appearance.
Are there any contraindications?
Contraindications include varicose veins, cancer, pregnancy, metallic structures in bones, implants, auditory or cardiac stimulators, and plates in the skull. Electromagnetic impulse stimulation is not performed in the chest area.
